Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
